Brooklands House is a graceful Victorian home in the tranquil leafy suburb of Rosebank with wonderful mountain views.

Brooklands House has four beautifully furnished bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom and modern day comforts such as heated towel rail, satellite TV, wireless internet, refreshment tray, minibar and digital safe. Guests have the use of the elegant sun room overlooking the garden and leading to the swimming pool and Boule court. In summer breakfast is served in the garden, winter in the dining room with a log fire burning.

The Guest House is ideally situated for all tourist attractions, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Newlands cricket and rugby grounds, V&A Waterfront, UCT, CTICC, Mowbray and Rondebosch golf courses. Cape Town airport is a 10 to 15 minute drive. More than six restaurants are a five minute walk away.

Directions

From Cape Town Airport: Take the N2 to Cape Town, take junction 8 M57 Liesbeek Parkway. At the first set of traffic lights, turn left into Klipfontein Road and go staight at the next set of traffic lights, Turn first right after traffic lights into Camp Ground Road, the road will come to a 'Y'. Surbiton Road is straight ahead, Brooklands House is first on your left.
