Situated on nine acres of landscaped gardens in the Constantia Valley, The Cellars-Hohenort was originally a seventeenth century wine cellar. Today, though completely renovated and refurbished, the privately owned Cellars-Hohenort maintains its old-world charm.
Accommodation is in 53 individually decorated en-suite bedrooms and suites. There are two swimming-pools, walks in the Cecilia Forest for the more energetic guests to enjoy, and a one-hole golf green designed by Gary Player for the golf enthusiast.
The Cellars Restaurant serves lunches and dinners with a wine list personally selected by a French sommelier. The Cape Malay kitchen offers traditional Cape dishes.
