The intimate and luxurious Jackalberry Lodge is situated within a premier Big Five game viewing area. The en-suite chalet-style rooms open onto patios and offer understated luxury, including indoor and outdoor showers. Morning game drives in open safari vehicles are guided by highly trained rangers and trackers. The reserve is home to more than sixty species of wildlife, including the Big Five, hyena and cheetah, as well as over 280 bird species. After the game drive, guests can enjoy a delicious bush brunch and then relax on the patio or at the swimming pool. In the evenings sumptuous dinners are served 'al fresco' in the boma or in front of the fire indoors. Lodge facilities include a curio shop, conference facilities, and a library.
