La Côte d’Azur has again been awarded an R.C.I. Gold Crown as one of the top R.C.I. timeshare resorts in Southern Africa. Only the beach lies between the resort and the sea. Situated at Manaba Beach close to the centre of Margate, it was designed specifically for outdoor living.
All the apartments are fully furnished and most have large private patios commanding panoramic views of the beach and the coastline. Each apartment is air-conditioned and has a fully equipped kitchen, colour satellite TV, radio and telephone.
On-site facilities include a large Mediterranean-style swimming-pool, floodlit tennis-court, squash-court, two saunas, coffee shop, health and beauty salon, TV/internet lounge, daily entertainment programme, playstation and board games for hire and outdoor jacuzzi.
