Located on the West Coast, about 280 km north of Cape Town and on the Namaqualand flower route, Lambert's Bay is famous for its moderate climate, miles of pristine beaches and its birdlife. The cosy Lambert's Bay Hotel combines traditional West Coast hospitality and excellent cuisine.

Guests can make an excursion to Bird Island, home to various sea birds, and the most accessible Cape Gannet colony in the world. Situated near the harbour and five minutes from beach, the hotel has its own swimming-pool.

DIRECTIONS FROM CAPE TOWN +/- 280km Located on the West Coast, +/- 280km north of Cape Town on the Namaqualand Wild Flower Route. Take the N7 from Cape Town as it is tarred all the way. Follow the N7 to Malmesbury and continue directly on this route by passing the towns of Moorreesburg, Piketberg and Citrusdal. About 57km from Citrusdal a turning to your right indicates Clanwilliam (just after the dam). Take this turn off and continue on the R364 to Lamberts bay (60 km). Turn right after the BP Garage in Lamberts Bay and follow the signage to the hotel. Alternatively, you can take the R27 along the coast as most of the road is tarred.
