Lukimbi is situated in the easily accessible southern portion of the Kruger National Park, home to the Big Five. Lukimbi accommodates up to 32 guests in 14 luxury and two ultra luxury suites. Built on the banks of the Lwakahle River, each cottage has a river view. With 15 000 hectares for their exclusive use, guests can enjoy exciting safaris in open vehicles and long walks during the day.

A fully equipped business and conference centre enables companies to plan and enjoy conferences with a difference. Lukimbi’s small intimate chapel caters for special weddings in the South African bush. Transfers from Kruger Mpumalanga Airport/Nelspruit can be arranged, or alternatively guests can fly into Malelane airport, where they will be met and driven to the lodge.

	Raised walkways lead guests to their suites, with all suites combining luxury and modern African decor with stunning river views. All suites are air-conditioned, have fans, safes, mini bars, as well as tea and coffee facilities. Private decks leading out towards the river provide the ideal place to relax or enjoy bird spotting and game viewing in peace and tranquility. 1 suite is wheelchair friendly	Rates on request.
2	Luxury Suite
	The ultra luxurious Giant Eagle Owl Suite and King Cheetah Suite also have a private pool, diningroom and second bathroom. All suites are air-conditioned, have fans, safes, mini bars, as well as tea and coffee facilities.	Rates on request.

Directions from Johannesburg

Lukimbi Safari Lodge is situated in The Kruger National Park, approximately 5 hours from Johannesburg, in the Mpumalanga province of South Africa.

Take the N12 towards Witbank, there it connects with the N4 coming from Pretoria. Pass Nelspruit, then continue a further 59km to Malelane. The same road continues towards Maputo (Mozambique). 3km past Malelane, turn left towards the Kruger National Park Malelane Gate (3km). From here, please follow our map shown below or follow the signs from the Malelane Gate to Lukimbi.

Flights

There are direct daily flights from Cape Town and Johannesburg to KMIA (Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport). Transfers can be arranged between the airport and Lukimbi and transfer rates are available on request.

The drive between KMIA and Lukimbi takes approximately one and a half hours and is in an air-conditioned vehicle.
