Ocean Eleven is an olde-worlde, Cape Cod, colonial-style guest house, situated on the famous cliffs of Hermanus. The picturesque mountains beyond gently embrace the all- encompassing vista of Walker Bay. The elegant main house has retained its colonial grace and style, with its high ceilings, tall windows and teak floors. All ten beautifully appointed rooms have an all-embracing view over the bay. The standard rooms open out onto the garden, while one has French doors opening out onto the deck next to the swimming-pool. The deluxe rooms are situated near the pool, with one being situated in the main house. The two suites are situated loft-style in the old roof of the house and are spacious and air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms, including a bath and shower.

3	Standard bedroom
	The three standard rooms are situated on the ground floor of the guest house. Two of these are in the old house and have the original floors, high ceilings and windows opening out onto the garden. The third is adjacent to the swimming pool, with French Doors leading out onto the deck. All three rooms provide en-suite accommodation with a shower.	Rates on request.
2	Suite
	Both Suites are situated Loft-style in the old roof of the house and are spacious, air-conditioned and have en suite bathrooms that contain a bath and shower. The first room is the Honeymoon Suite for newlyweds, while the second includes a sleeper couch that can accommodate a third person for Bed & Breakfast at an additional fee.	Rates on request.
5	Deluxe bedroom
	There is a wide variety of Deluxe Rooms, three of which are situated near the pool - either upstairs or on ground level. The fourth room has a separate entrance and its own private balcony. Finally, the fifth Deluxe Room is situated in the old house and has original floors, a walk-in dressing room and French Doors opening onto the garden. All are en suite with bath and shower. Directions to Ocean Eleven from Cape Town:

Take the N2 from Cape Town towards George. Pass over Sir Lowry`s Pass. Drive straight.

After about +- 20 minutes( you will pass Grabouw) you will pass over the Houw Hoek Pass.

As you come down this pass Botriver will be on you Left hand side and shortly after you will

see a turn off to Hermanus R43 to your left. - Take this off Ramp Carry along straight along the R43.

You will pass the Kleinmond turn. Pass Fisherhaven , Hawston , Vermont , Onrus and the Sandbaai.

After the Sandbaai Traffic Lights you will pass through two more sets of lights.

After the last set of lights, Your THIRD road to the right ALBERTYN ROAD turn RIGHT. Follow this Albertyn Road until you reach the T - Junction. Turn RIGHT into Westcliff Road and we are the BIG GREY house on the left hand side of the road.
