Description |
Inspired by the romance and intrigue of a famous Anglo-Boer war love affair, Whistletree Lodge is delightfully different and combines an atmosphere of old-world charm with a unique modern style. The lodge is set on the slopes of a hill in spacious landscaped gardens, close to Rovos Rail, embassies and the university.
The lodge is decorated in an eclectic style, which combines elements of colonial, African and European furnishings. Each spacious en-suite bedroom has TV and its own private balcony. Appetising breakfasts are served in the dining-room, with delicious light lunches and dinners freshly prepared. Facilities include a swimming-pool, sauna and tennis-court.
There are shops, cinemas and fine restaurants nearby. An intimate boardroom caters for 10 delegates.
